- The most popular methodology in the Agile projects
- It divides the projects, a big project, into small iterations (sprints) and each sprint is from one week to four weeks
- عندنا في الأول خالص vision اللي احنا عايزين نعمله develop -سوشيال ميديا بلاتفورم مثلا-
- هنكتب حاجة اسمها product backlog ودي بديل لـ SRS or BRD ودي باختصار بيبقا فيها الـ requirements في شكل بنسميه user stories وبعد كدا كل التيم بيوافق
وهنقول ان المشروع هيخلص في 6 شهور
- User stories are written by product owner
- We have here product owner, mostly not a business analyst.
- بعدها هنبدأ نشوف ايه اللي هيخلص الأسبوع اللي جاي وايه اللي بعده ودا بنسميه الـ sprint backlog
- جوا الـ sprint اللي في الغالب هيبقا اسبوع او اتنين بنشتغل على Waterfall Model أو V-Model fashion
- الشخص اللي بيعمل manage للتيم خلال ال sprint اسمه scrum master
- كل يوم عندنا حاجة اسمها daily standup
- وفي أخر ال sprint عندنا حاجة اسمها retrospective meeting and sprint review meeting
